 Room Sizes

Main Hall   21m x 8.54m  (69' x 28'     12'5" high)
Hard flooring and holding a maximum of 200

Small Hall  5.94m x 3.3m (19'6" x 10'6")
Carpeted and with tables and chairs, this holds a maximum of 32 people seated.

Access into the halls is wheelchair friendly.

 Male and female toilet facilities as well as a disabled toilet.

There is a secure outdoor play area for children accessible from the hall.

A well-equipped kitchen is available, with oven, hob, microwave and fridge, included in Hire.

St Leonard's Church does not have a licence for the sale of alcohol.

A session shall be classed as 3 hrs or part thereof.

The following rates apply to all days

Each hour or part thereof over 3 hrs                                £14.00 (pro rata)                       £7.00   (pro rata)

 Where the Caretaker is required to lock up the hall after 10.30pm he shall be paid an extra £8.25 to be charged to the hirer.


 In cases where a let involves setting up by the Caretaker

Where the hall requires cleaning after a let, then a charge of £40.00 will be made to the hirer.


At the discretion of the Vicar for profit making events (Church Organisation) £48.00


All breakages and damage will be charged at current repair or replacement costs

The cost of laundering table linen will be charged in full to the user.

 A non-returnable deposit of 50% will be charged to Non-Parochial hirers except regular daily and weekly lets.
